​Pietro has always dreamed of having a restaurant of his own. He has been in the restaurant business for 35 years until 2005 when he opened his own Italian restaurant in the heart of Sparks, Nevada. His heart and soul is put into every dish that he creates for his guests. Come and enjoy this hidden gem in Sparks.

About us
​History of the Great Richie Ballerini
​Richie Ballerini was born in Tuscany, Italy and moved to the U.S. when he was only 8 years old. He lived in New York before moving to a prominently Italian neighborhood in San Francisco. Here Richie excelled in the performing arts by receiving a scholarship to a local university and then went on to perform in prestigious entertainment venues like broadway in San Francisco. Soon after Richie moved to Las Vegas in his 20s when he was discovered by Dean Martin. He worked with Dean for years in Las Vegas and when Dean started his show in Burbank, CA, he asked Richie to come and join him. After 9 years of working with Dean Richie went on to other careers including casino entertainment director and night life director in multiple venues in southern California. He moved to Reno/Sparks in 2009 and ever since then has made this place his home. Come and enjoy Richie's amazing singing every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at Pietro's!!
